Aloha all,

What is the present state of the Hawaii Internet Exchange? It used to
be a bunch of Frame Relay PVC's. I know that the peering point is at
Equinix now. What is the the architecture both physically and
logically? How much bandwidth do the Hawaii centric Internet companies
have to HIX?

Thanks

We have a fractional T3 (FR) to it, about 6 Mbps, IIRC.

Looking back on the previous year, traffic seems to peek out at about
2 - 4 Mbps each day, dropping usually to below 0.2 Mbps at night.

Aloha mai Nai`a!

BTW, Welcome Back!
It's been a while.
What are you up to these days?
And did you hear that Gino has passed on?

Aloha mai Nai`a!

Aloha mai Nai`a!
Aloha and thank you for the welcome back.

I have replied via email because our work is still in a state of flux
for the Hawaii market.

And, Gino who? ......

Take care.
